Enterprise Tier
Customer Success Managers for the Enterprise tier manage about $1,000,000 in ARR revenue, which varies in number of customers. This is your "book of business".
There are 3 main responsibilities:
Retain existing customers: Make sure customers feel supported and see the ROI behind their annual subscription to Hatch Apps.
Sell more into existing customers: Purchase services from our Marketplace, purchase a template on the App Builder, or purchase a template on the API Builder.
Inform the product roadmap: Communicate customer needs to our product team to inform the evolving product roadmap.
You should have 2 touch points with each customer per week: 1 meeting and 1 email.
