Members Tier

Customer Success Managers for the Members tier manage about $1,000,000 in ARR revenue, which equates to about 400 customers. This is your "book of business".

There are 2 main responsibilities:

  1. Retain existing customers: Make sure customers feel supported and see the ROI behind their annual subscription to Hatch Apps.

  2. Sell more into existing customers: Drive existing customers to either purchase the Enterprise tier support, purchase services from our Marketplace, purchase a template on the App Builder, or purchase a template on the API Builder.

  3. Inform the product roadmap: Communicate customer needs to our product team to inform the evolving product roadmap.
