Inbound Leads

We receive inbound leads in 2 ways:

  1. An individual signs up for the self-service platform and starts a 14 day free trial. Note that if they automatically convert into a customer without the 14 day free trial, they are passed to Account Management.

  2. An individual emails the sales line at sales@hatchapps.com.

The sales process detailed below is for a 14 day sales cycle.

  1. Send an Introduction email (template below) within 1 hour of sign up or email.

  2. Introduction meeting of 30 minutes. Before this meeting, send a calendar invite with a detailed agenda to keep things structure. Every person is different so use any style and cadence you feel comfortable with. Here is the general structure:

    1. 2 minutes doing introductions and building rapport.

    2. 10 minutes asking questions about the company overview, lead's role, what they want to build, key stakeholders, budget, no-code strategy, and more. The key here is to keep the lead talking and see where the conversation goes naturally: they will tell you what's important to them.

    3. 10 minutes doing a demo.

    4. 5 minutes establishing next steps and buying process.

    5. At the end of the call, say: "I've really enjoyed this conversation and getting to know you. I'm going to ask my manager for a one-time exception to give you guys $1,000 in marketplace credits. I'll follow up in a few hours."

  3. Follow up email (template below) within 3 hours of meeting.

  4. Answer any questions via email.

  5. Send 14-day email for final conversion. If they do not convert, place their email into the "Marketing Emails" sheet in the CRM.
