  1. Sales

Overview

Welcome to sales at Hatch Apps!

General information:

  • The sales team manages the end-to-end process from when a lead is identified to close.

  • Based on early feedback this is important, over a traditional SDR and AE approach, since enterprise clients are relying on the sales department to guide their software development strategy internally. By building it full stack (i.e. from cold email to close), we can build this trust which will lead to a higher conversion rate.

  • Account Executives at Hatch Apps are the main point of contact for leads and carry an annual quota of $500,000 in ARR revenue. This equates to about 200 customers per year.

Types of Sales

  1. Inbound: Leads that fall into our "Member Tier", typically a company that signs up for the product and starts a 14 day free trial.

  2. Outbound: Leads that fall into our "Enterprise Tier", typically enterprises or governments that need additional support or want to buy multiple seats.

Measuring Success:

  • New ARR per month.
