Product management

We use Jira for Product Management.

Here are the boards we manage on Jira:

  • Platform

  • API Builder

Specifically, we organize the workflow with the following columns:

  • To Do

  • In Progress

  • In Review

  • QA Review

  • Done

Currently, only Param (CEO) can add new tickets to the “To Do” column. This is an intentional effort to minimize scope creep and centralize the roadmap to only tickets that move the company forward at this early stage. Product Managers and QA can add tickets to the “QA Review” column.

We operate with a mix of Kanban and Agile. Tickets are added to the "To Do" column and then prioritized for weekly sprints.
